We want you to have the best experience possible when shopping with us. We accept returns of our goods that are unwashed, unworn, and in brand new condition up to 30 days after purchase. During the holiday season (NOV 1st - DEC 31st), we extend our return policy to 90 days.
Posters cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that you double check the size before you place your order.
Sale and Vintage Shop items are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
US RETURNS
Exchanges on domestic orders are free, but we do charge a $9.00 return handling fee for orders that are returned for a refund. This $9.00 is deducted from the refund amount.
First, go to our US Returns Portal (https://parks-project.loopreturns.com/#/)
Enter your order number beginning with "PP" (ex: PP123456) and shipping zip code. Click "Start a Return."
Select the item(s) you wish to return, and select the reason for your return. Continue to click through the steps, and at the end you can choose to make a return or exchange.
Once you have done this for all of the items you wish to return, click "Continue with return" at the bottom of the page. A return label will be generated for you to send the item back to us.
